Culinary Consultant
Paris-born culinary consultant Vincent Leroux brings more than three decades of international experience across Michelin-starred restaurants and leading luxury hotels worldwide.
Vincent collaborates with the Kokoon culinary team on the development of its culinary concept, menu direction and dining experience, bringing together European technique, Asian precision and the vibrant flavours of Indonesia.
His consultancy focuses on culinary concept development, menu refinement, quality standards and knowledge sharing with the Kokoon team.
